The pressure regulators of the DIVAL 500 series are direct-acting regulators with balanced shutter, diaphragm control and spring contrast action, suitable for low, medium and high pressures. The DIVAL series regulators are supplied from the factory for operation with only the internal control valve, both regulator and block valve. The regulator and block are designed for the connection of the external control valve (provided by the customer) in relation to the flow tables, following page. They are widely used in both civil and industrial installations that use NG or LPG or non-corrosive gases. Thanks to the balanced shutter design, the following is obtained: • high flow rate coefficient • high regulation precision even at maximum flow rates • closing pressure and pressure zone closure, relatively reduced• reduced response times• hermetic closure with zero flow rate required• reaction type on opening (fail to open)• periodic maintenance possible without dismantling the body from the pipes• possibility of incorporating the block valve (LA model only ) even on regulators already installed without any modification to the pipes.
